PRLA MISSION

The Philadelphia Regional Livery Association (PRLA) is a non-profit organization committed to championing the business interests of licensed and insured ground transportation companies. Our mission at PRLA is to enhance industry professionalism through educational resources, collaborative research, and access to vital operational information specific to the Philadelphia region. Serving as a promotional force for Philadelphia, we strive to ensure that all sectors of travel, including airports, hotels, meeting planners, and travel managers, are aware of our organization and are encouraged to engage with our esteemed PRLA members.

Philadelphia Regional Livery Association, where our mission is to provide comprehensive protections, vital resources, and essential education to ensure the safe and profitable operations of our esteemed members. Collaborating closely with government agencies, we strive to level the playing field, advocating for the rights of our members who operate under both the employee business model and as legally contracted workers. Our ultimate aim is to safeguard their ability to conduct business within the legal framework of Philadelphia, upholding the Freedoms in the Workplace as granted by our Constitution. Additionally, we are dedicated to fostering a spirit of camaraderie and cooperation among transportation operators throughout the state, promoting harmony and unity within our industry.
